Simply start by doing your shopping at our online market. If you are new to California Flavors you might find it easiest to get an overview of our selection at our Market Page. Or, use the drop menu located on most of our pages. One is located on the bottom of this page.

If your order does not exceed the value of your gift certificate, be sure to use the "Order by Check/Money Order through Postal Mail" option when checking out. This method will not require you to divulge any personal information beyond your shipping address, e-mail address, and phone number. Paste or type your gift certificate number into the "Special Instructions" window near the top of the check out form. We will process your order and e-mail you a new certificate for the amount you have left after the order. If your order is at least 75% of the value of your gift certificate we will send a refund in the form of a company check upon request made in the "Special Instructions" window of the check out form.

If your order does exceed the value of your gift certificate choose any payment method and we will bill you for the difference between the value of your gift certificate and the cost of the order.
